Always prioritize adjustable color temperature with high CRI. You can compensate for lower brightness by moving closer or using a reflector, but you can’t fix bad color. A 1,000-lumen bi-color light at 95 CRI produces more professional results than a 2,000-lumen single-color light at CRI 80.
